Hi Everyone,
Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
All recharged and raring to go for this new year? For me, I have managed to kick myself back into a little bit of writing and Taiji (Tai Chi) practice after all that decadent festivity!
From the gallery walls of Grandmaster Zhu Tian Cai, I have managed to complete the translation of his 7-step Taiji (Tai Chi) training roadmap, with some of my views thrown in as usual. It is meant to provide a general yardstick to gauge your learning progress. Have fun!
Also, we've added a few new categories to our website and hope you will enjoy the new additions.

Here are snapshots of our Chen Tai Chi experience at Chen Village.
Mr Zhang Yun Long presenting his famed calligraphy book to Sien Long. He is not only Grandmaster Zhu Tian Cai's oldest student but is also a very famous calligrapher in China. He was impressed with SL's translation proficiency throughout our time at Chenjiagou and gave him a set of books with his personal autograph.
With GM Zhu after our afternoon tai chi training. We did extra tai chi training ourselves after the formal classes were disbanded.
